អ្នក​កាសែតសហគមន៍ (Media Operator)៖ ជា​បណ្ដាញអ្​នក​កាសែត​សហគមន៍​ដែល​ធ្វើការ​ដោយ​ស្ម័គ្រ​ចិត្ត​ក្នុង​ការ​ប្រមូល​ ចែក​រំលែក​និង​ទទួល​ព័ត៌មាន​ដែល​កើត​ឡើង​ក្នុង​សង្គម​​ដើម្បី​លើក​កម្ពស់ ​សិទ្ធិ​មនុស្ស​​ លទ្ធិ​ប្រជា​ធិបតេយ្យ​​ និង​យុត្តិ​ធម៌​សង្គម​។

Community Journalists or Media Operators is a volunteer Group of Citizen Journalist Network across Cambodia. They collect, share and report news/info about what happen in their communities for the purpose of enhancing human rights, democracy, and social justice. It is a bilingual blog, Khmer and English.

Dr. Lao Mong Hay and Dr. Kem Ley had a Dialogue with Villagers

On May 27, 2014 Dr. Lao Mong Hai and Dr. Kem Ley were invited by Prek Koy villagers for a dialogue.

The dialogue between both intellectuals and villagers is as simple and serves as model for other Cambodian intellectuals.
