Garment Workers Movement for Salary Increase
ចលនាកម្មករទាមទារតម្លើងប្រាក់ឈ្នួលក្នុងវិស័យកាត់ដេរសំលៀកបំពាក់និងស្បែកជើង
នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ គណៈកម្មការប្រឹក្សាការងារបានរៀបចំប្រជុំនិងប្រកាសលទ្ធផលនៃការសម្រេចតម្លើងប្រាក់ឈ្នួលគោលដល់វិស័យកាត់ដេរសំលៀកបំពាក់ និងស្បែកជើងក្រោមអធិបតីភាពលោកអិត សំហេង រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនោះ លោកអិត សំហេងបានប្រកាសសម្រេចតម្លើងប្រាក់ឈ្នួលចំនួន១៥ដុល្លាបន្ថែមលើប្រាក់ឈ្នួលគោលបច្ចុប្បន្ននៅក្នុងវិស័យកាត់ដេរសំលៀកបំពាក់ និងស្បែកជើង។ ក្នុងការសម្រេចនោះមានសហជីពមួយចំនួនបានលើកដៃយល់ព្រមហើយក៏មានសហជីពដែលមិនឯកភាពទៅនិងការសម្រេចនេះដែរ។
នៅពីមុខក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈវិញ ក៏មានកម្មករមួយក្រុមមានគ្នាប្រមាណ៤០០នាក់បានមកស្រែកតវ៉ាមិនយល់ព្រមនឹងការសម្រេចនេះទេដោយក្រុមកម្មករទាមទារតម្លើងឲ្យបាន១៥៤ដុល្លា ទៅ១៧៤ដុល្លា។

ក្រុមកម្មករក៏បានបិទផ្លូវសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ីមុខក្រសួងការងារចំនួន២០នាទីផងដែរគឺពីម៉ោង១១រហូតដល់ម៉ោង១១និង២០នាទីទើបក្រុមកម្មករបើកផ្លូវវិញនិងប្រកាសរំសាយ។ នៅពេលបិទផ្លូវនោះ ពួកគាត់បាននិយាយថា ពួកគាត់នឹងធ្វើការទាមទារបន្តទៀតតាមរយៈការធ្វើកូដកម្មទូទាំងប្រទេសជាដើម។
On December 24, 2013, the Labour Council organized a meeting and announced the result of the decision on increase of basic salary in garment and shoe industries under the chairmanship of Mr. Ith Samheng, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training.
In the meeting, Mr. Ith Samheng announced the decision on increase of US$15.00 as an addition to the existing basic salary. Some unions who attends the meeting agree with the increase, but some unions disagree with it.
At the same time, in front of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, a group of about 400 workers demanding they disagree with the decision. They demand for an increase from US$154.00 to US$174.00.
They also blocked the Russian Road in front of the Ministry for 20 minutes. The Road was blocked from 11:00 to 11:20. They said they will continue the protest for the increase by holding a strike throughout the country.

Workers set five days as ultimatum for demanding three solutions
ឱសានវាទ៥ថ្ងៃសម្រាប់ការទាមទារលក្ខខណ្ឌ៣ចំណុចរបស់សហជីពដែលការពារដោយច្បាប់
សហជីពដែលបានធ្វើការតវ៉ាតាំងពីថ្ងៃទី៥ខែវិច្ឆិកាម្សិលមិញ បានទាមទារលក្ខខណ្ឌ៣ចំណុច ហើយបានដាក់ឱសានវាទ៥ថ្ងៃ ប្រសិនបើ ការចរចានោះមិនបំពេញតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំង៣នេះទេ ពេលនោះសហជីពបន្តបាតុកម្ម។
សណ្ឋាគារលំដាប់ផ្កាយ៥ ឈ្មោះឡឺមេរីឌែន អង្គរ នៅក្រុងសៀមរាបរំលោភសិទ្ធិកម្មករ ដែលការរំលោភបែបនេះគឺជាការរំលោភកិត្តិយសរបស់ប្រទេសអច្ឆរិយរបស់យើង ជាការកេងប្រវ័ញ្ញកម្លាំងពលកម្មរបស់យើងធ្វើឲ្យសុខភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចត្រូវគំរាមកំហែងដោយអំពើពុករលួយ។ល។
សូមបញ្ឈប់ការរំលោភសិទ្ធិកម្មករ។ ប្រសិនបើ មិនបញ្ឈប់ទេ វាជាជំងឺរ៉ាំរ៉ៃ បំផ្លាញសុខភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ គ្រួសារ និងសង្គមជាតិ ទាំងមូល ព្រមទាំងប្រឈមការគំរាមកំហែងជាប្រចាំដោយសារអំពើពុករលួយចាក់ឬសយ៉ាងជ្រៅនៅក្នុងសង្គមកម្ពុជា។
The workers who went on strike yesterday, November 5 demanding for three conditions. They set a five-day ultimatum that if the negotiation fails to meet the three conditions they demand, they continue to strike.
A five star hotel, Le Meridien Angkor in Siem Reap violates the workers' rights. It violate the fame of our country, the kingdom of wonder. They also cheat our labor force making the economic health worse due to the threat of corruption.
Please stop violating the workers' rights. If the violation continues, domestic, national, socio economy will be destroyed by the rooted corruption.

ភាពជាអ្នកសហជីពស្ត្រី ធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើង ក្នុងការចូលរួមរបស់ស្ត្រីនៅក្នុងចលនាសហជីព
សិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិរបស់អង្គការពលកម្មអន្តរជាតិ (ILO) ស្តីពី "ភាពជាអ្នកសហជីពស្ត្រី ធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើង ក្នុងការចូលរួមរបស់ស្ត្រីនៅក្នុងចលនាសហជីពនិងលើកកម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័រនៅកន្លែងធ្វើការ។
