អ្នកកាសែតសហគមន៍ (Media Operator)៖ ជាបណ្ដាញអ្នកកាសែតសហគមន៍ដែលធ្វើការដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្តក្នុងការប្រមូល ចែករំលែកនិងទទួលព័ត៌មានដែលកើតឡើងក្នុងសង្គមដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងយុត្តិធម៌សង្គម។

Community Journalists or Media Operators is a volunteer Group of Citizen Journalist Network across Cambodia. They collect, share and report news/info about what happen in their communities for the purpose of enhancing human rights, democracy, and social justice. It is a bilingual blog, Khmer and English.

Cambodia Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport increase places (cadres) for education staff

ក្រសួងអប់រំយុវជននិងកីឡា បន្ថែមចំនួនក្របខ័ណ្ឌដើម្បីឲ្យបុគ្គលិកអប់រំប្រឡងប្រជែងប្តូរក្របខ័ណ្ឌ

ក្រសួងអប់រំយុវជននិងកីឡាបានបន្ថមចំនួនក្របខ័ណ្ឌដើម្បីឲ្យបុគ្គលិកអប់រំប្រឡងប្រជែងប្តូរក្របខ័ណ្ឌសរុប៨២៨កន្លែងក្នុងនោះចែកជាពីរក្របខ័ណ្ឌគឺក្របខ័ណ្ឌ"ក" ចំនួន៥០០កន្លែងនិងក្របខ័ណ្ឌ "ខ" ចំនួន៣២៨កន្លែង។

យោងតាមលិខិតរបស់ក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ជម្រាបជូនលោក លោកស្រីប្រធានមន្ទីរអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡាបានឲ្យដឹងថាមូលហេតុដែលនាំឲ្យមានការបន្ថែមចំនួនកន្លែងសម្រាប់ឲ្យបុគ្គលិកអប់រំ ប្រឡងប្រជែងប្តូរក្របខ័ណ្ឌដោយសារតម្រូវការចាំបាច់របស់ក្រសួង និងចំណារបស់លោក (នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី) ហ៊ុន សែន ចុះថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣។

គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ ក្រសួងបានកំណត់ចំនួនត្រឹម១៥០កន្លែងសម្រាប់ក្របខ័ណ្ឌ "ក" និង៧៨កន្លែងសម្រាប់ក្របខ័ណ្ឌ "ខ" កាលពីក្រសួងចេញសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងបន្ថែមកាលពីខែកញ្ញាកន្លងទៅ៕ (អត្ថបទដោយ ប៊ុត កុសល, អ្នកកាសែតសហគមន៍ ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង)

Cambodia Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport has increased total places (cadres) of 828 for education staff who can compete for levels they are suited. The cadres are divided into two levels: 500 places of level 'A' and 328 places of level 'B'.

According to a letter by Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport, the reasons for increasing the cadres is to response to the Ministry's needs and written approval by Mr. Hun Sen, dated October 26, 2013.

Most roads at the entrance to Phnom Penh Blocked and Checked

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែតុលានេះ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន រួមមាននគរបាល ប៉េអឹម និងកងប្រជាការពារមូលដ្ឋានផង ត្រូវបានដាក់ពង្រាយដោយមានរបាំងត្រួតពិនិត្យឆែកឆេរអ្នកធ្វើដំណើរជាពិសេសរថយន្តឈ្នួលដឹកអ្នកដំណើរ តាមផ្លូវធំៗទាំងអស់ចូលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។

On October 6, the authorities including local police, military police (PM), and local people defending forces (Prochea Kapea) are deployed at every entrance to Phnom Penh with wired blocks, and barracks to check travelers, especially those who are on taxi to Phnom Penh.

The practice by authorities is observed by the civil society as means to limit the freedom of movement and participation in public forum to be held at Freedom Park this afternoon, Sunday October 6.

City Mart Company Bulldozes resident's land in Kampong Speu Province

ក្រុមហ៊ុនស៊ីធីម៉ាតបានឈូសឆាយលើដីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាច្រើនគ្រួសារ។ ការឈូសឆាយដីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋបានកើតឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ នៅឃុំយាអង្គ ស្រុកថ្ពង ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ។

City Mart Company, October 31, 2013, uses bulldozers to clear land belong to many families in Year Ang commune, Thpong district, Kampong Speu province.

Some owners of the land have land title. some other owners do not have land title. The size of the land being bulldozed has not been calculated yet.

30 community members completed a course in Training of Trainers on Economic Land Concession

គ្រូបង្គោលជាង៣០នាក់មកពីបណ្តាសហគមន៍នានាបានបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីសម្បទានដីសេដ្ឋកិច្ចដែលរៀបចំដោយអង្គការសមធម៌កម្ពុជា។ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះមានរយៈពេល៤ថ្ងៃគឺ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ដល់១៧ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ នៅរាជធា់នីភ្នំពេញ។

30 community trainers from different communities has completed a course in training of trainers on Economic Land Concession (ELC) which was organized by Equitable Cambodia. The training lasted from 13 to 17 October, 2013 and is conducted in Phnom Penh.

The aim of the training is to build the capacity and knowledge on land law, relevant sub-decree, and economic land concession, share experience on how to train other people in their communities who are affected by ELC and huge risks and to take a resolution actions. វគ្គអប់រំមួយដើម្បីសន្តិភាពដែលជាវគ្គទី៣ នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅឃុំអមលាំង ស្រុកថ្ពង ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ វគ្គនេះជាវគ្គបញ្ចប់ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២២ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣នេះ។

Cambodian Youth Network meeting at local government

បណ្ដាញយុវជនកម្ពុជាប្រជុំជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរថ្នាក់មូលដ្ឋាន

នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣នេះ បណ្តាញយុវជនកម្ពុជាបានបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាអំពីបញ្ហាយុវជនចំណាកស្រុក អំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ បញ្ហាក្មេងទំនើង និងការរៀបចំផែនការអំពីបញ្ហាយុវជនចំណាកស្រុកដាក់ចូលក្នុងឃុំគឺ ឃុំតស៊ូ និងឃុំស្អាង ស្រុកជ័យសែន ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ។

កិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សានេះមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ មេឃុំទាំង២ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សា ស្មៀន មេភូមិ គ្រូបង្គោលភូមិ ប្រពលរដ្ឋ អនុភូមិ ជំទប់ទី១ និងទី២ ក្នុងឃុំទាង២។ សរុបអ្នកចូលរួមមានចំនួន២៤នាក់។ (អត្ថបទនិងរូបថតដោយផានិត)

On October 15, 2013, Cambodian Youth Network organized a discussion meeting on the issues of youth migrants, domestic violence, youth gangs and preparing a plan on youth migrants to be integrated for Ki and Sa'ang commune of Preah Vihear's Senchey district.

Participants in the meeting were chiefs of the two communes, commune council members and clerks, chiefs of villages, village training of trainers, ordinary people, deputy village chiefs, and the first and second deputy chiefs of the two communes.
