ថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែធ្នូ២០១៣ សហភាពការងារកម្ពុជា (CLC) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាមួយស្តីពីឧបសគ្គ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសេរីភាពសមាគមនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅសណ្ឋាគារសាន់វ៉េ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។
- ប្រមូលផ្តុំទិន្នន័យទាក់ទងការអនុវត្តសេរីភាពសមាគមនិងសហជីពក្នុងចំណោមអង្គការនានា
- លើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងស្តីពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមនៃសេរីភាពសមាគម និងសហជីពនិងស្តង់ដានៃការអនុវត្តសេរីភាពសមាគមសហជីពនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។
- ស្វែងរកយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តនានាដើម្បីជំរុញឲ្យការអនុវត្តសេរីភាពសមាគមសហជីពនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាឲ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរឡើង។

A workshop on "Freedom of Association Challenges and Development in Cambodia" was conducted on December 19, 2013 in Sunway Hotel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This workshop was organized by Cambodian Labour Confederation (CLC).
The purpose of the workshop is (1) to collect information/data on exercise of freedom of association and unions by various bodies, (2) raise awareness on challenges of freedom of association and union and the current standard of practicing the freedom of association and union in Cambodia, and (3) seek strategies for the acceleration of a better practice of freedom of association and union in Cambodia.
In the workshop there were three important speakers, namely:
Mr. Ath Thon, president of Cambodian Labour Confederation,
Mr. Nuon Rithy, Labour Right Consultant, and
Mr. David Johnwelsh, president of American Center for International Labour Solidarity.
The workshop also conducted a round table discussion on what mechanism is used to promote the freedom of association and union in Cambodia.
The participants in the workshop found some challenges in exercising the freedom of association and union in Cambodia. The challenges are:
