On February 7, 2014, Civil Society, Unions, Peace Working Group, Independent monk network for justice, Boeungkok community organize and celebrate a ceremony praying for release the 23 who were arrested during the protest in early January 2014 demanding a decent wage increase of USD$160.00 for workers in foot-wear and garment industry.
This ceremony take place at Preah Ang Donkeu (ព្រះអង្គដងកើ) in front of the Royal Palace, Phnom Penh. About 100 people and monks join the ceremony.
អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ក្រុមការងារដើម្បីសន្តិភាព បណ្ដាញព្រះសង្ឃឯករាជ្យដើម្បីយុត្តិធម៌ សហជីព ប្រជាសហគមន៍បឹងកក់ បានរៀបចំ និងប្រារព្វពិធីសូត្រមន្តបួងសួងសុំដោះលែង មនុស្ស២៣នាក់ដែលត្រូវអាជ្ញាធរចាប់ នៅពេលពួកគាត់និងកម្មករជាច្រើននាក់ទៀតធ្វើកូដកម្មតវ៉ាសុំដំឡើងប្រាក់ឈ្នួលសមរម្យចំនួន១៦០ដុល្លារក្នុងមួយខែ ជូនកម្មករ-កម្មការិនីក្នុងវិស័យកាត់ដេរស្បែកជើង និងសំលៀកបំពាក់ កាលពីដើមខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០១៤។
ពិធីបួងសួងនេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ២០១៤ នៅព្រះអង្គដងកើ ខាងមុខព្រះបរម្យរាជវាំង រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងមានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណជាង១០០នាក់/អង្គ។
