តាមសំដីរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅទីនោះបានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ ពួកគាត់បានអស់ជំនឿលើអាជ្ញាធរ ពាក់ព័ន្ធដែលចុះវាស់វែងដីធ្លីដែលមិនធ្វើតាមសារាចររបស់លោកហ៊ុន សែនដែលបានចេញសេចក្តីណែនាំ តាមផ្លូវច្បាប់។
នៅពេលនិស្សិតចុះវាស់វែងដីធ្លី គេវាស់លើដីសមូហភាពរបស់ពួកគាត់។ នៅពេល ពួកគាត់តវ៉ាគេរកចាប់ដាក់គុក ហើយគេជេរប្រម៉ាថថា ពួកម៉ីល្ងង់ មិនចេះចាយលុយ។ ទោះបីជា ពួកគាត់ខំតវ៉ាយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ ក៏គេនៅតែគេចេញប្លង់កម្មសិទ្ធិទៅឲ្យពួកផ្សេងដែរ។
ឥឡូវពួកគាត់អស់សង្ឃឹមហើយ។ ដូចកូនឥតមានមេបាអ៊ីចឹង ថែមទាំងបែកបាក់សាមគ្គីគ្នាទៀត។ពួកគាត់សំណូមពរឲ្យសង្គមស៊ីវិលជួយពួកគាត់ផង ព្រោះពួកគាត់អស់សង្ឃឹមលើអាជ្ញាធរហើយ។
បញ្ហាដីធ្លីនេះកើតឡើងនៅក្នុងភូមិកោដូនតី ឃុំត្រពាំងជោរ ស្រុកឱរាល់ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ៕ (អត្ថបទ និងរូបថតដោយលោក លីវ សារ៉ុម អ្នកកាសែតសហគមន៏ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ)

The indigenous people in the community say that they have no trust on the relevant authorities who conduct the survey of the land and who do not follow the circular issued by Mr. Hun Sen.
When the students were sent to conduct the land survey, they survey the communal land. And when the indigenous people try to protest, the group of students insult them as stupid/silly people who don't know how to use money.
Though they try to protest, the title is issued to the other people. They (the community) now feel hopeless. They feel like they are the children without parent, citizens without good leader to take care of them. The worse thing is that they are broken up. They appeal to civil societies for help as they have no more trust on the authorities.
