អ្នក​កាសែត​សហគមន៍ ឬ​អ្នក​កាសែត​ប្រជាជន ​ចំនួន​១០​នាក់​ត្រូវ​បាន​អញ្ជើញ​ឲ្យ​មក​ចូល​រួម​វគ្គបណ្ដុះ​បណ្ឌាល​មួយ​ស្ដីពី​​​​របៀបកាត់​តសំឡេង វីឌីអូ និង​សរសេរ​ព័ត៌មានបទ​​យក​ការណ៍ ដែលមាន​រយៈ​ពេល​៣​ថ្ងៃ ដោយ​​​ប្រព្រឹត្ត​ទៅ​​ចាប់​ពី​ថ្ងៃ​ទី​១២ ដល់​ថ្ងៃ​ទី​១៤ ខែ​វិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ​២០១៣។

ICT is a powerful tool that can be used by the affected communities for their advocacy.

CLEC's ICT is undertaking the ICT project in promoting and training the communities how to use the tool for their advocacy.

10 citizen journalists are being trained by the ICT project on how to edit audio and video, and on how to write a feature story.

This training is conducted at CLEC for three days, starting from 12 November and ending 14 November, 2013.
