កញ្ញា កណិកា បច្ចុប្បន្នធ្វើការនៅបណ្ដាញយុវជនកម្ពុជា (Cambodian Youths Network) មានតួនាទីជាអ្នកសម្រប សម្រួលព័ត៌មានបណ្ដាញសង្គម ព្រមទាំងជានិស្សិតមួយរូបរៀននៅសកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញតាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០១១ ដោយយកឯកទេសគ្រប់គ្រងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ។
ក្រៅពីការងារស្នូលខាងលើ កញ្ញាកណិកា ក៏ជាអ្នកកាសែតសហគមន៍មួយរូបក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកកាសែតសហគមន៍ជាច្រើនរូប។

Kanika currently works for Cambodian Youths Network as a social media coordinator and has been a student at the Royal University of Phnom Penh, specialized in Media Management since 2011.
In addition to her main job, she is also a Cambodia Media Operator or Citizen Journalist among many Cambodia Media Operators.
