អ្នកកាសែតសហគមន៍ (Media Operator)៖ ជាបណ្ដាញអ្នកកាសែតសហគមន៍ដែលធ្វើការដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្តក្នុងការប្រមូល ចែករំលែកនិងទទួលព័ត៌មានដែលកើតឡើងក្នុងសង្គមដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងយុត្តិធម៌សង្គម។

Community Journalists or Media Operators is a volunteer Group of Citizen Journalist Network across Cambodia. They collect, share and report news/info about what happen in their communities for the purpose of enhancing human rights, democracy, and social justice. It is a bilingual blog, Khmer and English.

Media Operator Activity in their community

ក្រោយពីបានបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃ (១២ដល់១៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា) ស្ដីពីជំនាញកាត់ត សំឡេង វីឌីអូ និងវិធីសាស្ត្រសរសេរបទយកការណ៍ លោក ផល វណ្ណៈដែលជាអ្នកកាសែតសហគមន៍មួយរូបក្នុងចំណោម១០រូប បានចុះទៅអនុវត្តជំនាញនៅសហគមន៍របស់លោក។

បន្តែការចុះអនុវត្តនេះមិនបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូនទេ ដោយសារតែមានអាជ្ញាធររារាំងការងាររបស់លោក។

លោក វណ្ណៈបានសរសេរនៅក្នុងគណនីហ្វេសប៊ុករបស់លោកថា៖ "ថ្ងៃនេះពេលដែលខ្ញុំចុះថត VDO [វីឌីអូ] ប៉ូលីស្ត៍ [នគរបាល] យាមក្រុមហ៊ុនបានឃាត់ខ្ញុំមិនអោយថតទេ មុខក្រុមហ៊ុនភ្នំពេញស៊ូហ្គើ 18,11,2013"។

After completion of the three day training (12 to 14 November, 2013) on editing audio and video, and writing feature story, Mr. Vannak Phal, one the ten Cambodia Media Operator (Citizen Journalists) is trying to use the skilled he gained from training in his community.

However, he faces with difficulty in doing his job because the authority try to hinder him.

He wrote in his Facebook Timeline that "Today, when I try to capture/shoot a video in front of Phnom Penh Sugar, the police who was on their duty tried to stop me from shooting". This took place on November 18, 2013.
